For folks who love coming home to a consistently clean, fresh, and tidy space—or for those who simply have a busy life and would rather spend their time doing anything other than cleaning, the weekly cleaning option is perfect. Cleaning sessions are typically shorter and easier, allowing time to focus on details that keep your home feeling cared for, including organization, folded clothing, cat litter boxes and pet areas, high-touch surfaces and upkeep of detailed woodwork.

Bi-weekly cleaning is perfect for people who like to handle some cleaning and chores themselves but want sparkle and shine every two weeks. Cleanings may require additional time and attention compared to weekly service, making this a great option for busy, high-traffic homes. Services include detailed cleaning such as baseboards, cabinet and drawer fronts, and light organization to keep your home feeling fresh and cared for.

Ideal for low-traffic homes with minimal clutter and no pets, this cleaning includes detailed cleaning such as baseboards and cabinet and drawer fronts. Heavier messes or clutter may require additional time. This service does not include organization or de-cluttering, as there is no time allocated for organization on this service. 

For homes that need more than a basic clean, deep cleaning tackles the overlooked details—baseboards, cupboards, drawers, appliances, built-up grime, and those “how did that even get there?” spots. It takes extra time, but the sparkle is absolutely worth it. A full and detailed Deep Cleaning may to take up to three work days. 

 For the best and most efficient cleaning experience, clients are asked to provide access to the areas being serviced.

If a client or another household member occupies or uses an area while it is being cleaned, additional time may be required to complete the service. An additional hourly charge of $10.00 may apply when the cleaner must wait, work around an occupied area, or return to the area later to complete the cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation.

Our standard hourly rates cover routine residential cleaning and normal household conditions.

If a home has excessive clutter, heavy buildup, unusually messy conditions, or requires additional time beyond standard cleaning, an additional hourly charge may apply.

• Excessive dishes or items that need to be moved before cleaning
• Heavy clutter that prevents normal access to surfaces
• Excessive dirt, grime, or buildup
• Large amounts of trash or debris
• Areas requiring significant extra attention or preparation before cleaning

Any additional charges will be communicated to the client whenever possible before or during the service. The final price may vary depending on the time and level of work required.

We understand that plans can change. However, because cleaning appointments are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling. 

• Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
• Same-day cancellations: A cancellation fee of 100% may apply

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or may result in the loss of a recurring appointment time.

 Cleaning services are billed based on the hourly rate associated with your service frequency. The total cost will depend on the amount of time required to complete the requested cleaning.

Payment is due at the completion of each cleaning service, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
