BI-WEEKLY CLEANING WEEKLY CLEANING ONCE-A-MONTH CLEANINGONE DEEP CLEANINGORGANIZATION

ONCE-A-MONTH CLEAN

Once-a-month cleaning is perfect for homes that don't need a weekly wipe-down but still deserve a serious sparkle. It's a great option for lower-traffic homes, homes without pets, or clients who keep up with the everyday mess themselves.

Because more time passes between cleanings, there's usually more dust, buildup, and general life happening between visits. That means monthly cleanings may require extra time to knock everything back into shape—but that's what I'm here for.

Living Areas & Bedrooms

Dust bunnies have had a whole month to organize. I'm here to break up the meeting.

Every monthly cleaning includes:

  • Removal of visible cobwebs and dusting of accessible high surfaces
  • Thorough dusting of furniture, shelving, décor, windowsills, and horizontal surfaces
  • Careful cleaning of wood furniture using appropriate products
  • Spot cleaning of interior glass and mirrors
  • Straightening and tidying of living spaces
  • Vacuuming upholstered furniture where accessible
  • Vacuuming beneath movable furniture whenever possible
  • Thorough vacuuming of carpets and rugs
  • Dusting and wiping accessible baseboards
  • Mopping and cleaning hard floors using the appropriate method for each flooring type

Waste & Recycling

Because the little things still need handling—even when I only see you once a month.

  • Emptying interior rubbish bins
  • Replacing client-supplied liners
  • Sorting recycling upon request
  • Collecting compostable food waste when applicable
  • Taking rubbish, recycling, and compost to exterior bins
  • Cleaning around waste and recycling areas
  • Leaving waste areas neat and organized

Kitchen

Monthly kitchen cleaning tackles everyday grime, fingerprints, crumbs, grease, and buildup that have had a little more time to settle in.

  • Cleaning cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and handles
  • Cleaning and sanitizing countertops
  • Polishing granite countertops
  • Conditioning butcher-block countertops with food-safe oil as needed
  • Spot cleaning grout where necessary
  • Cleaning and polishing sinks and faucets
  • De-greasing and scrubbing cooktops
  • Cleaning the hood vent exterior
  • Cleaning inside and outside of the microwave
  • Wiping the exterior of small appliances
  • Dusting and wiping accessible kitchen baseboards

High-Touch Points

Even if I’m only there once a month, those frequently touched surfaces have been getting plenty of action.

I clean and sanitize:

  • Light switches and switch plates
  • Door handles and knobs
  • Cabinet and drawer pulls
  • Stair railings and banisters
  • Appliance handles and controls
  • Faucet handles
  • Toilet flush handles
  • Frequently touched countertops and surfaces
  • Thermostats, remote controls, and other accessible high-use surfaces

Bathrooms

Bathrooms get a thorough scrub-down to tackle soap scum, dust, hair, water spots, and everyday buildup.

  • Scrubbing and sanitizing vanities, countertops, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
  • Removing soap scum and light-to-moderate hard water buildup
  • Polishing chrome fixtures
  • Cleaning mirrors to a streak-free shine
  • Dusting and wiping accessible bathroom baseboards, including behind toilets where accessible
  • Vacuuming and mopping bathroom floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces

Optional Bedding Service

There's nothing quite like climbing into a freshly made bed after your home has been cleaned. While changing bed linens takes additional time, it's one of those finishing touches that makes your entire home feel refreshed and hotel-ready.

Our Bedding Service includes:

  • Stripping used bed linens
  • Making the bed with clean, client-supplied sheets and pillowcases
  • Neatly arranging blankets, comforters, quilts, and decorative pillows
  • Folding and placing existing bedding neatly if fresh linens are not provided

Please Note: Clients must provide clean linens before the scheduled cleaning. Laundry service is not included unless arranged separately.

Monthly Cleaning Expectations

Monthly service is designed for homes that are already reasonably maintained between visits. If your home has excessive clutter, heavy buildup, pet hair, or a larger-than-usual mess, additional time may be needed to complete the service properly.

Extra time isn't me dragging my feet—I'm just making sure the dirt gets the proper Suckerpunch.

For homes that need more frequent maintenance or consistently have heavier buildup, weekly or bi-weekly cleaning may be a better fit.

BI-WEEKLY CLEANING

The Bi-Weekly Cleaning Service is designed to keep your home consistently fresh, clean, and sparkling without letting dust, grime, and everyday mess get too comfortable.

Every two weeks, I step in, knock out the buildup, tackle the fingerprints, crumbs, pet floof, and dust, and leave your home feeling fresh and ready for the next round of life.

Living Areas & Bedrooms

Every visit includes:

  • Removal of visible cobwebs and light dusting of accessible high surfaces
  • Dusting of furniture, shelving, décor, windowsills, and all horizontal surfaces
  • Careful cleaning of wood furniture using appropriate products
  • Spot cleaning of interior glass and mirrors as needed
  • Straightening and tidying of living spaces
  • Vacuuming upholstered furniture where accessible
  • Vacuuming beneath movable chairs and tables
  • Vacuuming all carpeted areas and rugs
  • Dusting and wiping accessible baseboards
  • Mopping or cleaning hard floors using the appropriate method for each flooring type

Waste & Recycling

Because keeping a home clean includes taking care of the little things too.

  • Emptying interior rubbish bins throughout the home
  • Replacing client-supplied bin liners as needed
  • Sorting recyclable materials into designated recycling containers upon request
  • Collecting compostable food waste and placing it in the appropriate compost bin
  • Transporting rubbish, recycling, and compost to exterior collection bins
  • Wiping baseboards around waste and recycling areas as needed
  • Leaving waste and recycling areas neat and organized

Kitchen

The kitchen takes a beating. I make sure it doesn't stay that way.

Every bi-weekly visit includes:

  • Wiping cabinet doors and drawer fronts to remove fingerprints and everyday buildup
  • Cleaning and sanitizing countertops
  • Polishing granite countertops to maintain their natural shine
  • Conditioning butcher-block countertops as needed with food-safe oil
  • Spot cleaning grout where necessary
  • Cleaning and polishing sinks and faucets
  • Cleaning cooktops to remove grease and food residue
  • Wiping the exterior of small appliances, including espresso machines, toaster ovens, and microwaves
  • Cleaning the interior of the microwave as needed
  • Dusting and wiping accessible kitchen baseboards

High-Touch Points

Two weeks of fingerprints, oils, and everyday touching can add up. I take care of the surfaces that get the most action.

I clean and sanitize:

  • Light switches and switch plates
  • Door handles and knobs
  • Cabinet and drawer pulls
  • Stair railings and banisters
  • Appliance handles and controls
  • Faucet handles
  • Toilet flush handles
  • Frequently touched countertops and surfaces
  • Thermostats, remote controls, and other high-use surfaces where accessible

This extra attention helps keep your home feeling fresh, polished, and ready for everyday living.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms don't get a free pass just because I only see them every two weeks.

Every bi-weekly bathroom cleaning includes:

  • Scrubbing and sanitizing vanities, countertops, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
  • Removing soap scum and light hard water buildup from shower glass

Bi-Weekly Cleaning Expectations

Bi-weekly cleaning is a great option for homes that receive regular everyday use but don't require weekly service. Because there are two weeks between visits, some areas may have more dust, buildup, pet hair, or general mess than they would with weekly cleaning.

If your home has excessive clutter, heavy buildup, or a larger-than-usual mess, additional time may be needed to complete the service properly. For homes that need more frequent attention or have heavier everyday traffic, weekly cleaning may be a better fit.

ORGANIZATION

Got a junk drawer that’s entered its villain era? A closet where things go in and never come back out?
I will turn cluttered chaos into spaces that actually make sense. I sort, group, tidy, and organize your belongings in closets, cupboards, drawers, pantries, and other trouble zones that have officially gotten out of hand.

I' m not here to judge the mess—I' m here to throw a metaphorical suckerpunch at it.

Please note: Organization takes extra time and is priced separately from standard cleaning services. The bigger the chaos, the longer it takes to tame the beast—but trust us, the before-and-after is worth it.
